MMA Conditioning Training
MMA conditioning training its an strength and conditioning program as a fusion of all the best training methods with the goal of improving fitness and quality of life. Movements such as sprinting, jumping rope, climbing rope, flipping tires, weightlifting, carrying heavy objects and, many body weight movements for a great variety of challenging workouts are combined. Equipment used includes war ropes, monkey bars, Thai pads, barbells, dumbbells, punching bags, pull-up bars, kettle bells, medicine balls and, boxes for various exercises.
These elements are mixed in many combinations to form workouts named and modeled after professional fighters. The aim of MMA Conditioning training is to physically prepare people for whatever life might throw at them. We use theses workouts to measure our progress but it’s not about being stronger or faster than everyone else in the class, it’s about being “The Best YOU Can Be Individually!”
