Henrique brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in functional fitness, strength training, and skill development, helping our students become stronger, more resilient, and pain-free in their training.
Coaching Philosophy
Henrique believes that fitness should be fun, encouraging, and enjoyable while respecting each step of the journey. His approach prioritizes pain-free movement, functional fitness, and sustainable progress, ensuring that every workout is designed to enhance performance without unnecessary strain.
Currently a senior in college majoring in Physical Education, Henrique has already gained extensive hands-on experience coaching individuals toward their fitness goals. His passion for self-improvement drives him to continually refine his coaching techniques and inspire others on their journey.
